ACCREDITATIONS & RECOGNITIONS

Avalon University is a degree-granting institution located in the Commonwealth of Dominica. It is accredited by the Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (IARC/NIARS) and the International Quality Assurance for Higher Education (QAHE).

The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has granted a permit to Avalon University that allows our faculty to teach our academic degree programs, and our school to operate an educational institution in the country.

Avalon University has achieved Institutional Accreditation by the Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (IARC/NIARS), an organization recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

IARC maintains close cooperation with the Education Quality Control and Career Development Agency, a widely recognized entity on the global stage. IARC also enjoys full member status of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).

As an international education institution registered in Dominica, we are accredited by a well-respected accreditor: International Quality Assurance for Higher Education (QAHE for short).

QAHE is indirectly recognized by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) through its arrangements with the World Accreditation Commission (WAC).
